The Bridge Between Ideas and Reality

AISO explores how early design thinking can be augmented through intelligent digital tools without losing the intuitive power of sketching. In architectural and spatial design processes, sketching remains a fundamental practice for ideation, exploration, and communication. However, as projects evolve, designers are often forced to transition abruptly from analog sketches to rigid digital environments.

This project investigates the opportunity to bridge that gap. AISO is conceived as a hybrid tool that connects traditional sketching with digital systems, enabling real-time feedback, interpretation, and collaboration. By integrating AI-assisted analysis into the earliest stages of design, AISO supports architects and designers in transforming ideas into structured digital concepts while preserving creative flow.
Through this case study, the project examines product definition, interaction design decisions, validation with potential users, and a strategic roadmap for future development, positioning AISO as a bridge between intuitive creation and computational precision.
