Gemma Alcodori is a Product and Service Designer with a background in customer engagement, strategic leadership and business development. She has worked across the technology and startup ecosystems in the United States and Barcelona, collaborating with early stage ventures and strategic initiatives. Her work focuses on connecting design, strategy and innovation to support growth and meaningful product development.

Gemma works with startups and organisations to design products, services and strategies that respond to complex systems and evolving user needs. She is a systems thinker with a strong attention to detail, capable of translating complexity into clear and actionable frameworks. Her approach combines strategic vision, hands-on design and collaborative processes.
