– Nostalgia is defined as a longing to return home.
A longing that can be so sharp, it arches in your chest.
A pull dragging your mind to something that was before.
The interactive installation ‘Great Again’ asks you not to push away Nostalgia but to feel it.
Let it in and then watch what it does. Voices, images, and words start to appear. You realize the feeling was never just yours. It is a collective feeling that is built upon.
It is shaped, guided and extracted, and it is turned into power. This arching in our chest matters. Because this is where it starts, but we can deconstruct what it is used for.
