Maria Moreso

Teaches Creative Research

I am a creative and digital designer from Barcelona with a degree in Interaction Design and a Master’s in Data & Design from Elisava. I work across concept development, user experience and visual design, focusing on digital and hybrid formats. I currently lead the creative direction of the digital team at Domestic Data Streamers, collaborating with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.

At Domestic Data Streamers, we translate data into engaging experiences. Our digital team designs and develops data portals, scrollytelling websites, and phygital experiences for exhibitions, events, and brands. I lead the creative direction, collaborating with organizations such as UNICEF, UNHCR, TED Talks, Oxfam, Open Arms, TOUS, Telefónica, and the World Food Programme.

“I believe university is a space to experiment and collaborate. I try to create fun, open-ended briefs that let students follow their curiosity and learn by doing. I hope to accompany them by sharing my own experiences and inspiring examples from other creators, fostering a playful and critical approach to design.”
