Martín Pérez Comisso is a Chilean STS researcher who links science, technology and the future with analytic and creative tools. He researches how institutions shape technology and how Latin American actors build their own futures rather than import them. He works as a lecturer at the University of Chile, and is President of Wikimedia Chile (2024-2026).  regulatory practice. He mixes pragmatic analysis with creative critique. He is developing projects on open knowledge systems, and the politics of expertise in Latin America emerging science and technology agendas.
