Teaches Conversational Design

Andrea Talal Haidar is a conversational designer with over ten years of experience working on conversational systems and commercial digital products. His work focuses on designing and architecting AI driven conversational experiences, from early concept to real world deployment. He specialises in defining clear, useful and human interactions for complex systems, bridging strategic thinking with hands on design practice.

At Hubtype, Andrea designs and leads conversational experiences for AI agents used by large organisations. His role involves defining conversation architectures, interaction models and design principles that connect user needs with business goals. He works closely with product, engineering and AI teams to ensure conversational systems are coherent, scalable and effective.

“In my day to day work, I bridge the gap between people and products. When I teach, I aim to solve the same problem: helping students understand how design decisions shape meaningful, usable and responsible interactions between humans and intelligent systems.”
