Cecilia Tham, Futurity Systems

Cecilia Tham is Founder and CEO of Futurity Systems and a globally recognised futurist working at the intersection of science, design and exponential technologies. With academic backgrounds in biology and architecture, she brings over twenty years of experience building innovation ecosystems, educational programmes and technology driven communities focused on artificial intelligence and future oriented design.

Through Futurity Systems, Cecilia designs and leads initiatives that help organisations, institutions and governments explore and shape intentional futures. Her work spans AI education, innovation strategy and the creation of inclusive tech ecosystems. She has founded and led projects such as Makers of Barcelona, FabCafe Barcelona and allwomen.tech, and has held senior roles in large scale innovation environments.
