Joana Bisbe, Domestic Data Streamers

Coordinates the experience at the Master program and teaches Creative Research

I’m a naturally curious person, easily entertained by the tiniest discoveries. Here’s a random detail about me: One of my more niche hobbies is foraging for fruit in the forest—yes, I’m that person happily picking berries off trees and bushes, each find feeling like a huge personal victory. Every season I turn my gatherings into jams, which I hand out to people around me. If I know you’re a person who genuinely appreciates a good jar, there’s a good chance one will find its way to you.

I move between research and creativity, shaping ideas into stories that feel close, honest, and relevant. At Domestic Data Streamers, I am in the creative direction, building narratives that invite people to participate—through visual campaigns, exhibitions, and interactive experiences. My work revolves around transforming data into emotions, conversations and shared perspectives. Together with an amazing team, we design and curate projects that aim not just to communicate, but to connect, using creative data languages as a way to spark empathy and curiosity and make complex realities easier to relate to.
