Pau Aleikum, Domestic Data Streamers

Pau Aleikum is the cofounder and lead of the studio Domestic Data Streamers, which has spent the last decade at the forefront of blending data with design and participative art, turning the abstract—numbers, spreadsheets, databases—into tangible experiences. Their work has been in over 45 countries through a multitude of mediums: exhibitions, films, designs, robotics, and web and theatre productions that transform public spaces, schools, prisons, and even the United Nations Headquarters into interactive narratives.

Pau is chair of the Master in Applied AI for Arts and Design at Elisava, a guest lecturer at the School of Visual Arts in NYC, and the founder and resident of HeyHuman!, an artist residency program that combines music, journalism, data art research, and social justice.
